Re: 2001 Scenic Cruiser
"Recently
we brought our 2001 Gulf Stream Scenic Cruiser to the Factory
Service Center for warrantee work. I am writing to let you
know that our experience at the Service Center was nothing less
than superb. As with all motor coaches, after a year there
is a list of problems, some large and some small, that needed to
be addressed. We kept a list of things that needed
attention and submitted it to your service department prior to
the expiration of our 12 month warrantee. We were allotted
four days to make repairs, and assigned a technician, Ryan, who
stayed with our coach until all items on the list were remedied.
Your service manager Mike is a tremendous asset to your
operation. His knowledge, courtesy, and attention to
detail made the week an absolute pleasure, knowing that Gulf
Stream was standing behind its product. Each day Mike
returned our coach to us on time, and discussed in detail what
had been done that day, and what was planned for the next
day. We have heard many nightmare stories about other
manufacturer's repair programs. I am convinced that
choosing Gulf Stream was the correct choice for us, and that our
next coach will certainly be purchased from the same
folks. Thank you for a great experience."
